Polestar Pilates Teacher Training
There are many Pilates teacher training programs to choose from… so why choose Polestar? Going through the intensive Polestar program will teach you how to become a teacher, how to work with an individual in front of you. Polestar fits pilates to the individual, rather than trying to make the individual fit into a set routine of exercises. You will learn the why of an exercise not just the how of the exercise. Understanding why certain exercises are appropriate or modified is critical to an individualized program. Graduates of the Polestar pilates brand of teacher training are well prepared after completing the series to work with clients of all types. Once completing the Polestar program exam, you will be eligible to sit for the PMA exam, earning the title of certified instructor. Inner Strength Pilates also offers advanced level workshops. These are developed and taught by senior Polestar physical therapists and movement specialists that will enrich your understanding of pathologies and movement science. Our goal is for every person to have a positive movement experience!!
